Enquiry privacy information

Eve Build Design Ltd uses the details you send to discuss your enquiry, understand the proposed work and reply to you.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, property postcode, optional phone number, project type, preferred timing, the optional answer about how you found the business, and the message you enter. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive personal information.

How your message is delivered

The contact form sends the information to FormSubmit, which forwards it to evebuilddesign@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its handling of submissions and spam checks.

If you choose WhatsApp, email or text instead, your device opens a draft for you to review and send through that service. Enquiry details are not saved in this website’s browser storage.

Third-party content

These pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, on the home page, a review widget script from Checkatrade. Those providers may receive your device’s IP address when the page loads. No analytics trackers are used.
