I welcome enquiries from landlords, block managers, letting agents and property managers. The work can cover an individual apartment, internal communal areas or several smaller jobs scheduled together.
Internal decorating
Preparation and painting for flats, internal common areas and properties between tenancies. Agree the surfaces, finish and access before work starts.
Repairs & carpentry
Skirting, internal finishing, snagging and general property repairs. Send a list and photographs so I can assess the work and any specialist input needed.
Minor plumbing repairs
Everyday issues with taps, fittings and minor leaks. Describe the symptoms and location so the scope can be discussed before a visit.
Planned tenancy upkeep
Combine repairs and redecoration ahead of a new tenancy, or discuss a schedule of internal maintenance with your managing agent.
